[ryosan]

[A pink cat has infiltrated Aone's house somehow. Maybe it's scratching at the front door, chasing its tail in circles, hissing at any other pokemon, or leaping between high places and knocking things over like skittles.

Either way, enjoy this tiny pink terror, Aone. Its owner is on his way.]

[ironwall]

[Having an Aron himself, Aone isn't exactly surprised by the Skitty itself, but more by the fact that it's in his house and doesn't belong to his dad or his sister?? What the heck??

He is stalking the thing, trying to jump and grab it as it jumps around. C'mere, you little shit!]

[ryosan]

[Skitty is having a ball, dodging Aone's grasp and running between his legs. But the person giving chase isn't too bad either, only narrowly missing its tail by a hair.

Unfortunately it quickly zips away into a corner, seemingly boxing itself between the couch and its pursuer. Just as the pokemon appears cornered by this towering wall of a person- the doorbell rings.]

[ironwall]

[There is a certain feeling of triumph that comes from cornering something so horribly elusive. Aone is advancing on the small cat-like creature when the doorbell distracts him.

Just enough to let the Skitty escape. DAMMIT.

Frowning hard, Aone makes his way to the door and yanks it open.]

[ryosan]

[Ryousuke is at the door with a basket of baked goods on his arm. The person who answers has an imposing presence, and he has to crane his neck upwards to see Aone's scary expression. It's only a coincidence the shirt he's wearing is red, but my, grandma, what big everything you have.]

Hello. [smile smile] I've lost something and maybe you can help me.

[ironwall]

[Staring down at this tiny person. Aone's eyes widen at the mention of something lost. He does know how much it sucks to lose something, and he would like to help, but he can only think of that cat knocking more things over in his house...

All the same, he nods.]

What?

[Maybe he can at least keep a look out for whatever it is!]

[ryosan]

[Oh, good. This guy seems cooperative enough, even if he doesn't exactly give you much to work with. Ryousuke remains cheery.]

You wouldn't happen to have seen a missing-

[a loud crashing noise as something in the house falls and shatters.]

-cat?

[ironwall]

[Aone's expression grows instantly more grumpy at the sound of the crash behind him.]

....your cat?

[He steps back, leaves the door open, and just stalks back into the house, going towards the sound. I guess that's an invitation to come in, haaa.]

[ryosan]

[Well, the door isn't immediately slammed in his face. That's promising. He slips his shoes off and places them at the door, before following behind Aone.

Ryousuke folds his arms behind his back, inspecting the disarray of his neighbour's home. Was it hit by a hurricane?]

Did I come at a bad time?

[looking oh so innocent and polite, as if his cat wasn't responsible for the mess.]

[ironwall]

[Honestly, Aone is barely catching on yet... He continues to stomp towards where the cat might be.]

No.

[Pause.]

Yes.

[Another long pause and then he stops and turns to frown down at Ryousuke.]

Your cat?

[You already said that once...]

[ryosan]

[... Ryo's going to take that as a 'no'.]

Mm, a cat about this big. [indicates with his hands] Pink. Has a cute face. [like him. :3c]

Ring any bells?

[The house is suspiciously silent. It's as if Skitty knows to stay in hiding.]

[ironwall]

[The frown just gets more and more intense. And then Aone points viciously in the direction the noise had come from!]

There!

[Help me get your cat out of here! He turns to try and corner the damn thing again, where did it go??]

[ryosan]

[What a scary face! How intense!]

So you have. [Ryousuke doesn't seem as intent on capturing the cat as the house's own resident, but he does stroll over to the source of the noise. Has skitty wedged itself behind another piece of furniture again?]

Can you block the other side? [Surely nothing could get past such a big guy like him.]

[ironwall]

[He nods! And promptly goes to block the exit, staring intensely behind the furniture. DON'T YOU DARE COME THIS WAY SKITTY.]

'kay. Go.

[He's trying to shoo the skitty towards Ryousuke, get out!]

[ryosan]

[Aone does his job marvellously, even Skitty realising its path is completely closed off like this. The little cat seems conflicted, unable to move between either side. That is, until Ryousuke pulls out a muffin from the basket he's carrying, holding it out in front of him.

Well, that settles it.

Skitty trots over towards where Ryo's crouching, grabbing the cake in its mouth. He promptly scoops the cat into his arms.]

Got him.

[He straightens, shifting the pokemon in his arms so he can give Aone a thumbs up.] Thanks to your help.

[ironwall]

[Relief!! This little terror will stop harassing him now! But looking at the two of them together, Aone can't help but realize that the Skitty looks an awful lot like this guy...

Maybe this isn't such a good thing...]

Mm.

[He nods, indicating that he's happy to have helped out.]

[ryosan]

[Together skitty and his owner smile up at Aone, like two peas in a pod, reunited once more.]

What was your name again?

[He never got his name in the first place, but. it's a way of prompting it.]

Did you want some? [He nods to the basket of baked goods hanging from elbow.] The note said to share, and you did find my cat after all.

[ironwall]

Aone.

[He doesn't hesitate to give out his name. But he frowns a little at the offer of the treats in the basket.]

Um...

[Aone looks uncertain. He wants to accept, but he doesn't want to seem rude in doing so. But it's pretty hard for him to not seem rude. Hhhh.]

[ryosan]

[Even if Aone seems uncertain, his (unwelcome?) houseguest is making the decision for him.]

[He coaxes the cat to perch on his shoulder instead, freeing up his hands. It sure seems suspiciously well-behaved now. He pulls off the cloth covering the muffins, offering the open basket out to Aone.]

What's the matter? They're not poisoned, if you're worried.

[ The only reason why he's not placing one directly in his hands is- well, because cat fur.]

I'll even give you my name. [He's not some suspicious fairy offering up cakes with a price.] It's Ryousuke.

[ironwall]

[It's actually kind of terrifying to think of how the owner must be if a creature that out of control can be controlled, hmmm...

But ... oddly enough, Aone finds himself feeling okay about accepting a muffin?]

Ryousuke.

[He nods, repeating the name to make sure it cements in his mind before reaching out to take a muffin.]

Thanks.

[ryosan]

[Ryousuke's satisfied that Aone's accepted his offer - it didn't need too much needling at all.]

Aone, huh... [ He's not much of a talker, but it's a nice change of pace from some of the loud mouths on his team.]

Did you get one too?

[He reaches up to scratch Skitty perching on his shoulder. He means a pokemon, of course.]

[ironwall]

[oh! Yes, he actually did. And now that he thinks about it, that thing does look like a Pokemon, doesn't it? How odd.

Aone nods and then promptly goes to grab the Aron that had been wandering around near a wall, trying to figure out why things had gotten so loud...!!]

Taka-chan.

[He holds the small thing out to show it off. Look how cute, Ryousuke!!]

[ryosan]

[Ryousuke observes the small pokemon with a mild expression. See, no matter how you look at it, his skitty can't be anything other a cat. It looks like a cat, acts like a cat, it's a cat. Taka-chan however...

His smile widens.]

What's it meant to be?

[a pasta colander? not cute at all!]

[ironwall]

[Eh? ... what an odd question...

Though...

Aone turns Taka-chan around and stares at him, hard. What exactly IS he supposed to be? He's a pokemon, sure, but...]

Armadillo...?

[That is so not right, Aone, what the heck.]

[ryosan]

[That sure is a weird looking cat, Aone.]

Wrong. Definitely wrong. [He chuckles a little, reaching out to pat the pokemon himself.]

It's like it's made of iron, amazing.
