prez and i opened the shop together. his name's katsumi, but we call him president, prez for short you'll see him around sometimes by the counter and i really don't mind! my best friend's a bit quiet too, so i'm kind of used to that. if you'd like, you can only worry about tending to the flowers and i'll deal with the people who walk in
I would very much like to meet the president, especially if he's your friend as well. That would probably be best. I'm good for lifting and taking care of things, but not dealing with people.
i'm so glad you've accepted! it's nice to come by people who care about gardening, and i was starting to get a little swamped since prez doesn't really do much other than... well.. sit at the counter you can start tomorrow if you'd like? our opening times are from 10AM to 4PM, sometimes 5PM, but we're really flexible depending on training and practice at the sports centre. you'll find the flowershop isn't that busy anyway. since you're part-time you can choose when to come and when to leave, really and you'll definitely meet prez, you'll know who it is from just looking at him
To be honest with you, gardening was never something at the forefront of my thoughts, but your shop is just so unique and quaint that I can't help but want to love gardening. I'll be there tomorrow without a problem. I'll come in at opening and leave when you don't need me anymore. That will be the best way to handle it to begin with I think.
